Installing ACL for Touchpad seems to have corrupted Kalemsoft media player. When I try to open Kalemsoft, I just get a black screen, then some coloured jaggies. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling Kalemsoft to no effect. I haven't tried uninstalling ACL yet, but I may have to - streaming movies from my computer is one of main uses of the touchpad
This seems broken in the current version of ACL. Some other PDK apps like Sparkle 2 have similar issues. This has been reported to PIC already with previous versions but so far no solution has been found for this it seems.
Thsnks for letting me know. For now, that rules ACL out for me, as nomadic video-watching is one of my main uses of the Touchpad.
Does anyone know if this issue has been or is going to be fixed for i would love to eventually get ACL but i am not willing to trade my movies for it. I'm not saying Kalemsoft NEEDS to be fixed but i would at least need a way to watch my Mp4 files on my touchpad.
Not that it fixes Kalemsoft, but have you tried any Android players? MX Player is reported to work fine.
